Black Diamond
Black Diamond
Black Diamond thrives on the chemistry and compositions of saxophonists Artie Black and Hunter Diamond. Their music portrays an ensemble sound that enhances the identity of each artist with palettes of entrancing compatibility and polarizing individuality. They are proud to present their new recording "Mandala" in partnership with Shifting Paradigm Records.

"The Black Diamond Quartet seeks substance over safety." - Corey Hall - JazzGram

Rachele Eve
Rachele Eve
RACHELE EVE is a fifth-generation Italian American from Detroit, Michigan-- a storyteller and an incurable romantic. The daughter of an opera singer and fine artist, her passion for singing began at a young age. During her highly creative and informative years in Chicago, emerged the desert-rock songstress’ style of confessional and emotionally rich compositions. Eve uprooted from Chicago to explore a path of simple living on a remote island in the Pacific. This deeply spiritual and introspective journey invokes Rachele Eve’s forthcoming album, Renunciation, a window into the disintegration and healing of the heart space, due out on July 4th. Pre-orders available at

Rachele Eve was named Chicago's Top Local Artist on 93.1WXRT, featured on Daytrotter, and was the first female-fronted outfit to be featured on Audiotree. She has shared stages with songwriters Cass McCombs and Ezra Furman with headlining performances at The Hideout, Schubas, Evanston SPACE, and Lincoln Hall. She has recorded with Chicago favorites, Matthew Santos and Cameron McGill, and spent many years in the city's neo-folk community coordinating events and collaborating with songwriters and performing artists.
